The 2nd Pivot

Real Estate Development

In addition EPL has partnered with a local blue chip group to develop a high-end apartment project in Lahore, Pakistan.

Future Direction

Innovation in Real Estate Development

Realizing the gap in availability of affordable housing versus the demand EPL has been exploring innovations in construction material, developer financing and end user financing tools.

EPL aims to leverage the latest innovations in construction materials to reduce costs, construction time, environment impact, and improve energy efficiency. EPL also aims to work with partner financial institutions to develop new financing tools to bridge the gap between demand for financing through alternative structures.

Metamorphosis

EPL has grown into a multi prong real estate solution provider. Today EPL has expanded through into provision of marketing and sales services. EPL has provided marketing, sales and lease services for multiple organizations such as Army Welfare Trust, DHA, PACE developers etc. In addition EPL has ventured into real estate development services through RIO Fortune Limited, another wholly owned subsidiary, which is currently developing a high-end apartment project with a large blue chip Industrial group.

Early Years

Entertainment Pakistan Limited was formed by real estate professionals in 2011.  From the beginning the idea was to provide solutions for the masses. The early years saw EPL connecting with the masses through sports events such as ‘Dangal’, local wrestling events that has a traditional following.  The venture then focused on taking such sports and entertainments events as traffic drivers into shopping malls, which were on an aggressive roll out.
