EPL took over a 36000 square-feet gray structure building from DHA Lahore on long lease. The gray structure had been constructed by DHA and the project was on hold for a few years. EPL applied for the gray structure project and developed the project based on its market survey defining the market need and delivering a product to the demand.
The project is a 36,000 sft commercial area, which has been developed with multiple brands. It is maintained and operated by EPL and stands as an icon in the H block market of DHA.
Commercial Building 8 Marla Building
Took up an 8 Marla building from DHA. The product was then sub leased to other sub tenants based on the company depth in real estate network.
